About Us

Lions Cave Camp Samburu is a stunning cliff-top retreat overlooking the Ewaso Nyiro River, providing one of Samburu’s most intimate and authentic wilderness experiences. Managed by owners Daniel and Roseline Letoiye, the camp showcases genuine Samburu hospitality, warm, personal, and deeply rooted in the land and its traditions. Nestled among natural rock formations and surrounded by waterfalls, river rapids, and pristine scenery.

OUR LOCATIONS

Our Camps are located in two serene areas of the country. Lions Camp in Samburu and Sarai Camp in Amboseli.

LIONS CAVE CAMP SAMBURU

Lion’s Cave Camp in Archers Post is located 2 KM from the Isiolo-Moyale Highway on the cliffy banks of Ewaso Ngiro River. The camp currently has, Three Luxury Cottages and Nine Luxury Standard Tents, all-Ensuite and all of them facing the river. With a total of 24 beds; The tent and cottages design and location offer the guests with serene and breeze stay.

SARAI CAMP AMBOSELI

The camp is Set in 5 acres of private land, owned by a local Kenyan couple (Daniel Letoiye and Ntoiles Lekoomet) with a rustic charm all of its own, the Camp shelters in the foothills of Mt Kilimanjaro which is Africa’s highest and the Mountain with the most famous snow-capped in the region
